Hey guys! I know that I pardoned 1 month ago, but "Jack Goff" said that I can do my 2nd pardon now after I told him that I've refunded my victim the amount that I stole from him.

I tought that this ban was unfair, I had no idea about the rules of Sythe, so I saw that ban evading was the easiest way to just sneak around my ban. That's when my evading started. I believe that I've had over 10 Sythe accounts.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
As you probably already know, my name is Muuli74. I first got banned on my account "Sesseonkunkku" for publishing some kids irl info after I doxed him, because he f'ed me up. After this I started evading on several accounts, booted "Gun" for his 70m, and got banned on pretty much all of those accounts.

My first pardon failed, because I didn't mention all the Sythe accounts that I had, and I owed "Gun" 70,505M 07 Gold, because I kicked him off my account when he was staking on it.
When I did this, I was evading on my Sythe user "Karambit". This debt has been paid, and at that current time, the price of gold was $1,6 usd, so I agreed to pay him 86,775M which equals the amount that I stole from him.

I've broke the rules of Sythe, but I've changed. A lot.
I've sold gold mainly on the Finnish Markets like www.Huuto.net
There I have +500 positive vouches, and I've also created few Imgur albums of my trades.

People are trusting thousands of euros to me every single week.

looks like:
-sesse was banned for evading on summerbass, who was banned for attempting a teamviewer scam in 2012: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1468159

and i banned squirtstorm and jope. so you'll need to refund the $120 for the zezz scam before we consider this. thanks.

Here's the thing, no one got scammed by "zezemore12345".

Also I don't understand how Superfluous is linking me to "Superbass" who tried to scam someone by teamviewing or something like that. This happened in 2012, and I was 12 yo back then. I couldn't speak English for shit. I didn't even know what real world trading was.

Gun, I tought we both agreed to the 86,775M? At the time when I booted you off from the account, there was 70,505M 07 Gold, and you told me, that the price of GP was $1,6 USD/m when this happened, and when I refunded you, the price of gp was $1,3 USD/m.

Here's the math: 70,505M x $1,6 USD = $112,81 USD, so that's what I owed you.

Now lets divide that $112,81 USD with the price of gold which was $1,3 USD/m

$112,81 USD / $1,3 USD/m = 86,775M, which is the amount that I refunded you.

I still owe 570k to "Pianostarz" but he hasn't replied to any of my E-mails, or Sythe pms that my friend has sent.

 

Gun it just looks like you're trying to get extra money out of him - is this the last repayment/issue that needed to be taken care of regarding this pardon?

You'll need to post proof of your contacting the user for the 570k refund.

It has been now 15 days since I first tried to contact Pianostarz and sent my first E-mail to him regarding the 570k refund + some extra cash. He still hasn't replied.

I was just surfing today on Sythe and decided to look for his Skype, and I found something that he had posted:

If he still hasn't replied to me after 1 month, but decides to get back on Sythe and sees my messages, I'm going to refund him no matter what. D:

 

So... It has been almost 1 month since I contacted Pianostarz for the first time. To be exact, 23 days, so 8 more to go.

I've asked Zuzel and Dave about what happens after the 1 month has passed, but I never got a "direct" answer.
Zuzel said that I will eventually return to Sythe, and if Pianostarz ever decides to get back into Sythe, I'd have to refund him, which I've already mentioned, that I will.

So in a nutshell, I'd just like to know what's going to happen after the 8 days. Thanks guys, and HAPPY 2016!

 

Basically once the one month passes of you trying to contact him for a refund we will ask for PROOF of the one month passing (showing your messages, email sent, etc.) Assuming all is well we'll then allow your pardon to go to staff voting. If it gets the five supports it needs it'll go to Upper staff for voting. If it passes, you'll be unbanned.
