Im buying a services the guy post in my thread and also Pm me. He seems trusted so i dont mind letting use my account. I gave him Acc name, Pw, bank pin. I comeback 6hours later nothing left in my account and bank changed.

What proof i got?

- The guys Pm

::: Useless since hes saying he doing the services for me.

- The post in my thread

:::: Useless since he just agree thats hes doing the services for me.

- Msn Log

:::: Cant be use as a proof

So how am i supposed to trade Safely or atleast have a proof when i trade someone for a services?

Would it be correct if i used this form:

Taking a picture of my bank with my wealth saying in chat box: Bank befoere services by: (Sythe name of the guy) (Date) (Whats the services)
+ Taking a pic of the skills in question.

Then if the guys happens to scamm me for my bank and i repost showing nothing in bank + The skills hasnt goes up.

Would it be ok?

Make him promise not to touch the bank and to train the skill, that should be proof enough to prove he scammed you. The picture thing might help aswell.

You got scammed, and didn't take valid proof while talking to him. Move on.

I don't see anyway you could take valid proof. Even if you did take a picture before the services you could then trade the gp/items off the account and frame the person. That's just my opinion.

 

take pictures of msn and you giving password ect? thats what I would of done or video it useing a free programme.

 

I don't see a way you can. Your idea of showing bank wealth before doesn't prove anything because you can easily drop/transfer the wealth and then frame that user for scamming.

 

Even if you had ALL of the proof in the world and then you got hacked there is still no way of proving it was the person who worked on your account. It could have easily been keylogged or even phished.

Next time you do a trade, take pictures of the msn chat (as you go along)

the system we have now is to keep people from being framed. MSN logs can easily be edited; your bank being empty can happen any number of ways; and PM quotes can be edited before you reply. There is a lot of burden on the buyers to keep records, but it's the only way it can be fair. Otherwise, someone can open a scam report on anybody else an claim you scammed them. I could quickly draw up a MSN log "proving" Nate stole 200m from me, for example.

Actually, if you get the last IP on the account, you can ask any mod to see if it matches any Sythe member's name. ALWAYS screenshot that when you are hacked.

 

Yeah but still the scammer is going to say that I xfred or something. Seriously since free trades user services aint that safe as befoere.

 

I just record all my trades with Camtasia tbh
