2 Basic Steam accounts up for trades

Note: I'm new here and looking to get this account off my hand and obtain a game that i've always wanted but could never obtain as my real life financial situation is messed up and confusing. Sorry if this thread is a little weird or incorrect.

Also... Yes the account is a little newer but i have a severe case of OCD and it gets the best of me with organization between which games i have and own and this account has been abandoned and needs a owner looking for these games.
