Yes it's a lot harder now.

Now F2P's (what we primarily traded in), can use the Teleport to Bounty Spell. It also is now level 32 magic instead of 85, so basically anyone can do it.

And even if you're fighting your buyer/seller in non-multi combat zone, the person who's after you is allowed to attack you since you're their bounty.

Fuck.

The Bounty Locate does give a good failsafe for the RWTers tho- once you have the payment, you can escape from any attackers by teleporting. And if the target you get teleported near is a n00b, you kill him, jack his stuff, and get out of BH early

and what if you teleport to your attacker and they are lvl 126? plus your also surrounded by their clan. It's still not that safe. All you can do is basically hope you can last 3 minutes while they fight you back. If theres less than 1 min left on timer, you have a good chance to escape. But with around 1.5 min+, then that's not so good.

RWTing tip:

All you need to ensure a good chance of survival is a friend who can put up a decent fight. They will stand by you while you wait out the penalty, equipping only a rune scim/ other weapon and lobs, maybe some cheap armor to keep their risk low (they can use protect item).

If anyone gets too close the friend can immediately attack, and because of the new 1v1 rule that will stop the pker from attacking you. While your friend holds them off this will then give you time to run, and you have the added failsafe of tellying if your friend dies.

Trading gp wouldn't be safe. The reason is because if your not fighting your bounty hunter person and your fighting someone else your bounty hunter person will teleport you and they both attack you so its basically two vs one often times. And after you kill someone others can jump or pj you. So basically its kind of hard unless there is a little amount of people in the world.

lol i got on and got owned cuz when ever i was fightingg someone some one else would pop up using bounty tele to get to me at first bounty locate was ridicualously high now it is way to low i am goona see if it is easier to go in with full rune
