Posting his ip and personal information which can lead to his ban on rsps and is borderline doxing (not really that much of doxing though) so i'm pretty sure it's perm ban

Also claims he was "stupid enough to use his home connection" suggesting he may be DDoSing the person

Also he says the person's skype is hoodclout, which if it is, he is a ban evader as the skype was used by this banned user here
