    He reached out in August for payment, I sent him to Raven who is my co-owner. I didnt hear back from him until about a week before I sent payment. I will not lie, I have been very absent in the discord/server/osrs scene these last few months as my business irl has picked up and i've been working 6-7 days a week. So it is my fault that I am not more present, but I also heard from a mutual friend that he was unhappy and stuff, I even offered to let him take the payment at the rate raven offered and I'd pay the difference, I just didnt have enough in crypto at the time to be able to pay him out in full on my end, as raven typically does the crypto stuff and I do the Venmo/Zelle stuff. So, I have been more present, and this will not happen again.

    @1Kale you have a history with receiving TWCs, specifically for poor trading practices that resulted in customers paying more than what they should have.

    This case is also similar as your customer was only offered one payment method below market value and they had to go back and forth with you and your worker to try to get paid.

    I think that the TWC can remain for a little longer here, so I am not willing to support the removal at this time.

    As co-owners you are both responsible for the decisions made, you couldn't pay at the time so you redirected him to your partner who then decided to refuse to payout in GP, and instead attempted to force a 14% pay cut for a job that was already completed and a payment already agreed to where you had to offer to personally cover the rest.
    Pair that with this and I believe the TWC should remain for the time being.
