    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
    Was basically a misunderstanding because I was unable to provide a ticket transcript from an old discord ticket. Was classified as ToS Abuse.
    Link to previous disputes: Only a DNT from Titanite, but not sure how to get it.
    Anything else you wish to say:
    Will make sure this kind of stuff doesnt happen again, as soon as you guys said I needed to pay him back, I sent the money instantly. I am not an intentional rule breaker or anything of that nature, what you guys say is right/fair I go with, even if I dont agree lol. Would like the TWC quashed if possible.

    I've taken some time to think this one over.
    It seems like there's a misunderstanding about why the TWC was applied. Not being able to find a ticket doesn't constitute ToS abuse. The TWC was issued because you attempted to use your ToS to justify and enforce a retroactive price increase.

    I won't be supporting your appeal this time around.
