Paypal Help - Banned from Paypal (Please help)

Need a little help with this situation:

-Basically, when I was younger (12, 13, maybe 14 or 15) I was trying to make money selling online Club Penguin accounts. Being so young, I didn't have a credit card/bank account, so I made a Paypal without one and sold maybe one or two accounts on it (not knowing you could get limited). That account got limited.

Being the idiot that I was when I was younger, I then made another account (using my same name, address, etc) and tried to the process over again. This account was limited as well. Over those years I moved on and maybe made one or two more before I finally realized I couldn't bypass paypal and had to wait.

When I was 17 I had the idea to make a student account under my mom's, which actually worked. Paypal did not limit this account (I had my own bank account number/debit put on it) and I also wasn't selling online accounts at this age of course. When I turned 18, I decided to try to make a new personal paypal that wasn't a student account with hopes that Paypal would not limit this account since I was now 18 and maybe they had forgotten about my previous ones with the same info.

Unfortunately they limited that account right away. I decided to call paypal, and also displaying my stupidity, I told them I had no idea why their were a handful of accounts in my name with the same address and etc. They also somehow knew I was selling online accounts (over the course of these paypals I maybe sold 5 or 6, hardly any) After being put on hold, the guy basically told me I can't use paypal's services again.

I'm now 19 and desperately would like to use Paypal again as it is the source of online payment. Can anyone help or have any advice? I was thinking maybe to just call them and explain my situation but actually tell the truth and explain to them I was 12 selling club penguin accounts. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

 

I would recommend that you try calling them again.

 

If you broke their ToS multiple times, i doubt they would want you as a customer on their site now.

I would understand this if I was over 18/not a kid. All I did was create multiple paypals with the same correct information. It's not like I was committing fraud or harvesting thousands of dollars?

 

Regardless of your age, you broke the rules. i doubt they will allow you back, but your best bet would be calling.

when you've violated their terms several times i think you have dun goofed my friend

 

you can try and call them but id say youre not going to get too far. they dont take kindly to people breaking their rules no matter if youre 12 or an adult

 

only way to do it is call them bu7t they still wont give u access again

I know people that literally change their address and get a new bank account. With a different bank provider obviously. Wella problem solved. Paypal doesn't even know.
