Sythe Acc Hacked, Need Recovery

Yeah so I'm totally clueless as to how this happened. I got an email 45 minutes ago saying that I changed my password and email address. I caught it like 15 minutes ago and told a bunch of people on Skype to ban me and I was promptly banned. I doubt that anything happened/anyone got scammed since I caught it so soon (hopefully).

I removed 2FA on Thursday (2 days ago) because I was locked out of my account during the switch to Xen (forgot my password, tried recovering, needed my old 2FA on phone I didn't have anymore). Forgot to put 2FA back on, didn't think it was a big deal, wasn't really expecting to get hacked in 2 days...

The thing that worries me is that the email the hacker switched to has the same handle/name as one of my old emails (they made it @usa.com) and not my current one attached to my Sythe account, meaning they knew what an old email of mine was. Must have been from a leaked database so I'm hoping this isn't a recent leak. I haven't clicked on any phishing links, downloaded anything suspicious, or really anything that would lead to me being hacked so I suspect it came from a database leak. @Sythe idk if this should be worrisome or not.

If I could get in contact with any admin to help me recover the account, reset the email, etc. it would be much appreciated.


I'll put 2FA immediately once I regain access to my account.
