2FA Reset Needed

Hello,
After a couple month hiatus from Sythe, I tried to log back on for the first time and realized that because I got a new phone since my last login, I no longer had access to the authenticator. Additionally, the reset code is on my old laptop which is not accessible for the foreseeable future. This is the first time this has happened so I'm not entirely familiar with the protocol. What information do I need to provide to regain access to my account and who can I reach out to about this?

Are you able to provide a paypal transaction ID for when you donated?

 

I have looked long and hard through my paypal history. I remember that I went through a donation service, but cannot recall who, so the donation is lost in the sea of other transactions. Is there anything else I can do to prove ownership of the account?

Your IP isn't even remotely near the IP of the posts from that account, find the IP match or there won't be anything we can do

 

I believe I was using a VPN during my time on Sythe, so my current IP is my real one. I'd like to provide whatever information I can to further this process. Also, added you on skype Dave

 

Lol, if you were using a VPN the entire time you were on skype and are now using your real IP you're pretty much screwed

 

After a long time sifting through my PP history, I believe I've found the transaction ID for my donation.

I'd be happy to provide any additional information to verify my identity and move this process forward.
