Unable to log in?

Hi i was a very active sythe member and have not logged in for maybe 4-5 years my account name is wtf11 i tried my password and it did not work. I recoverd my account and used the password emailed to me , i then tried to log in and it said banned? I never had or did anything in all my time on sythe and have not been on the account as i say in maybe 5 years. Could someone look into this for me. Thanks very much.
