If you are willing to pay in skins we can talk about a 3-digit.
If you are sticking with PayPal, I doubt you will find anything remotely interesting or secure, as far as 3-digit IDs go.

My advice is to buy a 4-digit without a community profile page set-up. Those are pretty easy to find and for less than $80.

cause with higher 3's might as well get a 4 lol and why are you questioning why he wants under 0:X:5XX
