offsite blackhat admission? how would he be aware of how to do these things and even admit he keeps them away from sythe.org if he had no experience?

Why is it allowed on forums in general? When in some place's it's illegal. But we don't allow ddosing/Blackhatting, when doxing is pretty much the same thing? as in terms of sketchiness.
