Involved myself in a group of people who hacked PayPal accounts in order to receive money back from which they initially scammed me and theRSG0d. Once I received the money I did not tell Matt about it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The Bulk of the story can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1788850-time-tell.html where I confessed shortly after having my ban lifted for the events leading up to me scamming our money back. Long story short, Myself and Matt (theRSG0D) operated a fairly popular gold selling company. A sythe member at the time Cubish contacted me wanting to buy some of our stock. After a successful first trade, he requested another which was the rest of the gold we had at the time. ALL the money was charged back not by cubish, but by the actual owners of what were hacked PayPal accounts. I was then contacted by the ringleader of these PayPal hackers asking if I would like to join. I agreed out of anger to attempt to get out money back. I told the hackers to send money to a mule account I owned then transfered that to my actual PayPal account. After recovering the money I cut all ties with the hackers but did not notify Matt I got our money back. He has since been repaid half of what was originally our company profits. I understand this was the absolute wrong thing to do, however I couldn't afford to lose that much at the time and I knew PayPal would repay the account scammed (Not an excuse I know). This was a idiotic thing to do and i can assure no reports will ever be filled agaisnt me if i am pardoned. In my time away, I've bought a house and become a Full Time Fire Fighter/EMT. I'm currently in a much better place Financially and psychologically than I was in the past. I would like to return to sythe to reconnect with friends and have the same sense of community as I did years ago.

Was a bit shocked with this story when it came out. However, reporting yourself to repay me was nice of you & I appreciate it.

I remember you were really sad/frustrated when Cubish scammed everything we had, so I do believe that what you did, was not to get involved in Blackhat activities, but because you were frustrated & wanted to have your money back. I don't think you will continue doing that kind of stuff in the future, & I don't think you are a threat to this community.

Even though I don't agree with what you did, I think you've learned your lesson. Ill support your pardon.
