I was banned falsely?

It seems I was IP banned? I saw a report on me, it was because I "Recovered" an account? This isn't the case at all. In all honesty I had plans to Recover it but we spoke for a bit and he seemed to nice to scam. I decided to legitly trade and start my own kind of company or whatever.

There seems to be no proof of me scamming too because I obviously didn't.
The new e-mail wasn't even mine, it has its similarities but I guess that's part of the plan? I recently discovered a Keylogger on my computer and I believed it was successfully wiped, I'll check just incase.

But anyhow, I didn't recover the account.

Basically... I have no proof I had a keylogger I don't think, where can I find it I'm on Avast.

Secondly, I tried to help him get it back but I wasn't prepared for this shit lol I can't recover it because Jagex denied my appeal -- I didn't have enough info...
I've only had 1 previous password, never bought.. it's hard.. I tried atleast but he was being the least friendly he could so I thought to myself idc if it got recovered the other guy can have it if he's gonna be like that..

also if you cant prove you were keylogged im assuming you were never keylogged
