Cant Recover Account

Hi my account email is run through optonline.net (optimum email service). I have not gotten any emails about a temporary password to recover my account despite many tries, I have checked spam, used different browsers etc. Is there anything I need to do/any other ways of recovering my account?

You essentially just might want to switch to a gmail or hotmail.
