Report/post/reason that got you banned: I did not publicize on my thread that an rsn I was selling was bound to the account it was currently on.


Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were no victims.


Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Upon getting banned, I ban evaded to sell the name.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Hello, Sythe I was banned for attempted scamming about a month ago. I was suspected to be scamming the sale of the RSN "Ye". However, this couldn't be farther from the truth. The name was bound to the account, but because I didn't publicize this in the thread i was deemed a scammer. There was a good reason for me not doing so. I was having ongoing discussions with Jmods via twitter and the runescape message center about having the name unbound and since they suspected "the name had been abused by name sellers" it seemed couterintuitive to give any further indication that "Ye" was being sold again. However, EVERY single person I spoke to privately, was informed about the status of the account. In my private messages with "Artificials" I was rather ambiguous about the account being bound, but that was because "Joshuaag1234" told me he was a known name sniper, therefore further communication was pointless. If you look back you'll see that I never continued to message him after my initial reply, clearly wasn't trying to scam him. What I will admit to now is, after being wrongly banned, in my eyes at least, I ban evaded to sell the name. I won't chalk this up to ignorance, I knew ban evading was against the rules, but like I said I felt I was wrongly banned and had no knowledge of the Pardon and Ban Dispute sections at the time. That being said, upon ban evading I sucessfully sold the name "Ye" to a sythe member under the name "ForTheLow". I used "Dunworry" is a middle name, and all parties involved were notified the name was bound. Substantiating my prior claim of not intending to scam. I do realize ban evading is wrong, and if I am pardoned, I will disclose all important information publicly regarding any of my future name sales etc.

Your initial ban is pretty weak, I'll admit that; howver, ban evading does not sit well with me. No support, but if you stay for 6 months, you'll have my support.
