Guy came on live chat about 10 minutes ago, generated a fake receipt for a $200 transaction.

not sure if it's a real paypal because we received nothing but this is the paypal he claims he sent it from:[email protected]

 

Matches a user on Sythe. Can you show me the chat with the proof of IP?

Got PMs from Bogla and Flyingtoast saying that Paypal Is having a lot of problems today. Discussed with PureAddiction and he told me he will refund the guy if the payment appears in his paypal in a couple of hours. Since we are unsure if the guy tried to scam or not, I won't ban him right now.

However, if in 24 hours, there's no paypal transaction, make another report with that proof & we'll ban him.

It just took me around 3-4 hours for my PayPal payments to Sythe for donations to go through, so I'd expect it to happen soon.

 

Update : They just got the Paypal. They refunded the user.

 

Just a note for everyone: PayPal has been delayed for up to 3-4 hours all day today. So please be on the watch for long delays like this.
