False Ban

I've tried to do this multiple times and it doesn't work. My account was banned because of it being connected to the same IP as an account that was banned. I am not the owner of that other account. I do live in student housing with hosted wifi, so that may be the reason I come up as that. I haven't scammed anyone, nor am I pretending to be someone else. Please, I would like to be unbanned if it is possible.
