    Cant create an account
    I was going to create an account this morning, but come to find there is a one account registration per IP. My buddy created an account while over at my house 'ragstorichs' or something like so. Unfortunately my IP is static so I cant change it. Would it be at all possible to take up a moment on someones time to figure this situation out; if so that would be greatly appreciated.
