Unable to recover account after being unbanned

About two weeks ago I went through the process of having my account un-banned after it was wrongfully accused of using a phishing website and was successful which can be found here, (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1931596-account-wrongfully-banned-buddha313.html)

However, it now seems that I am unable to recover the sythe account as it says that the email is incorrect. The email under the account should be, [email protected]
