    This happened a while ago
    I got banned for bumping too much, was a 3 day ban from the rsps section. Which was justified I guess, taught me a lesson but not too harsh.
    However.... it took like 2 and a half week before i was actually unbanned. Costing me a lot of business

    The system is automatic, that shouldn't have happened. It's not staff that handles those bans - the system handles it itself.

    Provide us exact dates, etc and we can check it over but it's more likely that if it took two weeks that you were given a two week ban.
