Not receiving email

I get the message

"Your password is older than six months. For security reasons we now require you verify your account via your registered email address. Please use the following link to reset your password:

Password Recovery.

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience."

i then reset my password, i get to the point where they send me the email to get a new password but i never received the new password email.
