what to alch?

hi i'm bout to hit 55 mage and i need a good item to alch that i wont loose much or will gain a bit? any ideas thanks!

 

Yew bows and you should gain if you make them your self.

Woodcut, fletch the bows and alch, you'll be in profit as you're making your own supplies to alch.

 

I always alch Maple longbow(u) or yew longbow(u).

 

Either dhide body's or what I did gold amulets not sure there alch price ATM but I only lost 15m or so alching to 99 that's before nats went up in price tho

 

Adamant platebody's are pretty Good with a profit i believe if not with a minor loss
