Am I able to get this account banned to make a new account for a new name. Only want this if my donator benefits are transferred.

Yes, PM Matthew regarding transferring over your donor status as he's the only one who can do it.

I've sent him a PM. I am aware that he has a flu of some sort (had read it somewhere) so told him it wasn't an immediate issue.
