recovering my account

Hi guys, my account "12pac" was banned as a precaution to something I don't quite understand. I know this is a precaution and it's your protocol , but It's been incredibly frustrating and I haven't had access to my account for 15 days. I've been on Sythe for over 10 years and would appreciate some help with this issue.


anyway it has since been unbanned and had my email changed to [email protected].

When I log in now it prompts me to reset my password.

So, I'm trying to reset my password and I managed to receive the reset one however the one containing my new password isn't coming through.
