First person I've met who actually has a issue with decreased fuel prices. As for the rx7 how many lb's of boost are you running? Running to much boost puts a lot of wear and tear on a motor. Not to mention who knows who actually did the motor swap. So many unanswered questions for me. I hate buying rebuilt motors or tranny's from people. Half of them commit short cuts or honestly just dont know. However considering it's a rotary engine Im assuming it was done at a shop. Not to many people have common knowledge of rotary engines.

 

Was rebuilt by NRS motorsports in Edmonton. From fellow forum go'ers I heard it's a great shop ! Running 14lbs of boost right now may up it to 18 if I go v-mount and meth injected or something along those lines but right now the power output is fine. If I go boom within a few years I may go streetported.

 

The whole of Canada is in the shitter because our previous PM decided that our entire economy should be based off oil production. Because there's not only little demand for oil and a ton of surplus right now, but also because the low costs have made it too expensive to extract in Alberta, our dollar has completely tanked. At the time of writing this it's at $0.72 US. It's been as low as $0.65. The whole country's fucked. Cauliflowers were like $6 each a few weeks ago.

 

Only thing that will go wrong are your apex seals my friend. If you have receipts from the shop you're good as gold. I'm currently at 420 whp and it's plenty for a street car. As long as you don't give into the crave for more you'll be just fine

2008 G37S in the summer lowered on coil-overs with tint and a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox in the winter.

The ones on the G37S are made by Akebono but its a similar concept to the Brembo calipers. My calipers are exactly the same as the above picture
