Domantas1 scammed people on PB effectively ending his chances of being pardoned on 12/5, the same date Eloquence showed up.

Same donation rank and interests in account swapping/account services (didn't have a thread for it on Domantas1 but was performing services at the time of ban and cleaned some Sythe users' accounts.)

Eloquence's skype is also itsmedecoy which is the name of his ban evader.

Also using the same VPN he ban evaded on Decoy with and looks like he's been using mostly if not solely VPN IPs since registration in December which is a major red flag.
