Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: So Last week I rented out my max main on sythe, Rented it out 3-4 times that single night, and a problem occurred where a user said he was booted off, when an account can get locked numerous ways, Could of been ip change etc. So he went ahead and made a scam report without notifying me what was on account etc, He "claimed" there was 31m gold on the account, and I was automatically banned within minutes and could not defend myself, I blocked this user after I realized I was banned on sythe because I was angry that he made up some b.s that there was gold on the account and some sythe mod believed it, Now this leads us here, where I refunded this user what I was told to refund, and He can not show me proofe he had 31m on the account or I even told the user I would refund .

Extremely damning evidence (i.e., the lender admitting to booting you off) suffices, but in a vast majority of cases, a video will be necessary.

This user was Most likely cleaned from staking and wants his gold back.

I guess I learned my lesson from all this, and If i do continue with renting service, Ill go ahead and vid whatever the amount of time being rented is.

no support from me, i don't believe you blocked him after you saw that you were banned on sythe, and having seen hundreds of disputes and pardons, i don't think that's a normal reaction to seeing that you're banned.

 

Im the one that showed the picture of me blocking him, take that into consideration, right now I'm banned for attempting to scam while there is no proofe of that.

If you guys are going to make rules and not follow them, then delete them.

I already know how this works, and won't receive support which if fine by me.

Just know this is the exact same reason why people don't bother pardoning.

I agree with Super and Brendan on this one. The logical decision would have to confronted the user, rather than block and ignore him at the time.

Do you guys even read what is being said, at this point in time, I have been scammed and lied to by sythe mods. Since I paid back the user 3.5m, he was on my account for 40minutes for free. meaning I have been scammed by the user half the hour rental.

 

You confronted the user hours after he told you that he lost connection. It is obvious that you tried contacting him just because you were banned. You did not have any good intentions there.

As for the 3.5M, not only the 2 hours service you promised him was not completed, but even if he did do 40 minutes, what did that bring him if you kept all the money that was on the account when he lost connection? He got kicked out of your account during the service...That's unacceptable.

This isn't even a pardon, you're still disputing. Had you realised your actions and I would have maybe considered, however you blocked the user immediately after the incident happened instead of trying to find a way to resolve it. Don't say I haven't read anything because I've spent a lot of time reviewing the scam report and dispute before reaching my decision, and I've now done the same with this pardon.

Money or no money, you still blocked the user after he told you he had a problem with the account. I find this very suspicious from you & I believe he is not lying.

Im not saying he had 31M on the account, since we dont have proof of that. I'm just saying that I dont believe you re telling us the truth.
