Reason:

Other servers are offering to reimburse peoples' donator ranks from Ikov if they can prove they were legitimately donors on Ikov, just as Siri Askari is stated. He wishes to take a picture of himself on someone else's account so he can obtain a donator rank without paying for it. This is social engineering and fairly fraudulent as well. TWC perhaps if not ban?

I mean this is a Runescape-focused black market, this kind of thing is sort of what people come here to do. I'll let a global or admin tell me otherwise if they want but I don't see anything wrong with this. Thanks for the report.
