Unjustified Ban

I was banned for rental scammer, when an account can get locked numerous ways and I even told the user sinch but he still deleted me, And If he has proofe of 31m on the account I will gladly refund. I rented the account 3 times in 4 hours, easily could of been because of ip changes, But he does not wanna hear it..

Not sure what to do, Like I said will refund if he can proofe He had the gold on the account. thanks.

 

I've sent Sinch a message asking for proof that he had some GP on the account, as their wasn't an image of such in the report. I'll wait for his response before taking this further.

 

Hey brendan, How long Will this matter take, Has he responded and How can I get into contact with you to get this resolved.

 

Sinch hasn't replied unfortunately - Can you please provide screenshots for the entire Skype conversation? As it might give us a better idea of the whole situation.

But he never even said anything to me , He went right to sythe made a scam report never pmed/notified me that gold was on account, If he rented my account and account dced /locked and he was in a stake for 31m, Am I responsible?

At this point in time Im being accused of taking his 31m , and how do you know he even had 31m?

It states above you must provide video evidence in order to file a scam report against an account lender for booting you off an account you're renting.

 

I'm not accusing you of taking the 31m, that's why I messaged Sinch and asked him to provide proof. I'm going to get the moderator who banned you to review the dispute and allow him to have a say.

 

As Sinch hasn't provided any proof that he had 31m on the account, you will not be required to repay that. You are required to repay the 3.5m that the user paid to be able to rent the account as they were not able to finish their session.

 

I am Perfectly fine with that, But how he won't respond to me as well as him having 1 skype contact makes me think its a alternative skype he was using, I Have his deposit gold whenever he want's or if a mod can get it from me , whatever the case may be, Just let me know. But he was on account for 40minutes as he states, wouldnt that be a refund of half of rental hour plus deposit?

 

Since he lost access to the account during the rental, the service was not completed & you will need to refund 3.5M. He probably lost some gold due to being kicked out of the account, so that is the minimum you can do. He will be messaging you on Skype to get his refund.
