I'd like to have this thread reopened, as all the fact have been written and discussed here, which might determinate your verdict. (Proof of contacting the victims are there, too.) So please, unarchive that thread.

Please make a new pardon including the information discussed on the other thread + the proof you contacted the victims. This is to ensure that we vote again & that the votes from 1 month ago aren't counted & confused. We also need to have a new discussion, since 1 month has passed.

Note : There's nothing stopping you to copy some of the things you wrote in the first pardon. I dont see how making a new pardon is a problem.
