Buying obby mauler

[Vroo]

Hello.
Looking to buy an obby mauler that has:
1 attack
60+ strength
1 prayer
1 defence
if the account has range it must've been cannoned.
All other stats don't matter to me.

Will only be purchasing an account if I deem you trustworthy enough (I have no problem with going first as I have less than 5 vouches).

I will be paying for the account in 07 GP.
