Right you've banned me accusing me of being a scammer.

I said im selling my gold for .23 but if sold in bulk (like 8b+) i'd do .20.

Yes lots of gold shops messaged me wanting small amounts for shit prices and i stated clearly that i do not want this.

I am not a scammer- i sold fishes 1.1b and then went to bed and hes been bugging me but how do i report someone for accusing me when i already gave him the GP? i confirmed trade with him and asked him to vouch me.

There is no reason for you to ban me. I added proof of my gold and i signed the decleration saying i am not looking to scam.

Unban me please.

So let's see here. You agreed to sell 1.1B RS3 to "Fishes" (an inexperienced Sythe user) for $0.2/M. It's clear the customer paid you the $220, and it's clear that you received the payment. Your story is that you then delivered the gold to the customer, and for no apparent reason whatsoever, the customer then lied and claimed you never delivered.

There is no incentive for the customer to lie in this situation. I have tons of experience in the market, and the odds that a customer would just flat out lie about you delivering him 1.1B in this type of situation is virtually null.

Now, let's look at your communication with the buyer:

These are the PM exchanges with timestamps. Interestingly, you imply that the deal is completed at 6:36 PM. The customer continues messaging you past 6:36 PM asking where you are, and saying the gold is not delivered. If these PM's were lies, why on Earth would you just ignore them? You didn't have any interest in replying back something, when a customer is accusing you of scamming them, right after you delivered them 1100M RS3?

You also just glanced over the customer on your thread later on. You would think that someone who sent you $220 USD for 1100M, that you claimed to deliver, and is later accusing you of not delivering, would warrant a more detailed response than:

It seems you're far more interested in just finding some more victims than sorting out an issue with a customer who sent you $220 USD.

Also, any gold site would have paid you $0.20/M Paypal, fees covered for your gold on the day you sold it to Fishes. Why would you spend the time and effort selling to untrusted people on Paypal, which clearly comes with risk, instead of selling to a trusted seller for the exact same price. You have clearly stated that you are an experienced trader, so I cannot see any logical reason for you to sell to random people for the same price that bulk buyers are paying.

If you have any proof of delivery to the customer in question, let me know. But I'm positive you don't, because you're a scammer.
