Magic/Range Set up (Help)

Can someone please tell me a good set up for Magic/Range.

I'm mainly going to kill bots at green dragon and don't know what is really good to wear, I'm looking for something ranging from 50-150k per gear set up. Only reason why I don't want to pay more is because I don't want to die to a pker when I'm trying to kill bots and so I don't lose much if I were to die. If anyone could give me something good set up for the stats I have that would be great.

 

Splitbark top/mystic bottoms/zamorak staff for maging and black d hide/cbow for ranging

 

I would have suggested something like ghostly or moonclan robes/rune gloves/climbing boots/glory ammy/unholy book/god cape/god staff with d'hide, ava's, and a msb/xbow for the range switch. Looking at your stats though, you haven't done lunars or dt so your next best option for welfare robes is something like zammy robes. Honestly though I would just go with mystic (or at least one piece) if I were you, the magic bonus it provides is quite significant.

EDIT: Glory would probably be best so you can tele out pre-30 wild. Also, your range level is kinda low so it might be better to just camp a god spell.

 

All im going to suggest is training your range up ur range and mage should always be same level as they effect your combat, But if your going for gear, depends on your level of switching if your gooing bring chaps + top + weapon + boots, depends on your skill of switch
E.g Mystic top bottem boots, hat, ancients staff, gloves (rdf ones) god cape,
Range set up avas hide (wouldn't bother switching helmet) Mystic hat magic short bow snake skin boots etc,

Just use items that give best boost to your range + mage when picking switches

If your worried about pkers you could take tank set up and switch into it, and just switch prayers
Rune helmet > d hide top > rune shield > rune legs. < this is cheap example.

 

I don't think you need to have a switch; the god spells will likely be enough. The bots usually wear rune already, which makes them easier to freeze/damage with magic. you'll be risking like 60k for the god staff, so just grab a glory and some zammy robes with a god boot and you should be just fine.
