Skype

Not sure if this is in the right section, but has anyone else skype been glitching lately? For me the messages have been showing up in the wrong order, grouping together weirdly, and just taking forever to send. Am I the only one?

 

My Skype just has the "loading" icon instead of Available/Do Not Disturb and the messages don't go through for a solid minute. Really annoying lol.

 

My skype is opening like 42 programs of skype in my task bar, then forcefully shuts down. you're not the only one.

 

If you've restarted it already and your network is fine then I would suggest reinstalling or selecting repair in the add/remove programs list. That usually happens, as you probably know, when you're still logging in.

The only issue I've been having with skype recently is that I'll read a message and the thing won't go away that says I have a message. This annoys the fuck out of me for some reason. I hate having notifications unless it's on my email on my phone because I'm way too lazy to delete thousands.

 

Mine sometimes disconnects from Skype as if I have no internet connection. Other times the timestamps are messed up. That's about it for me this past week.

 

IDK why, but for the past month, I've been getting messages very delayed. Like a message that was sent the day before I'll be getting today. I once even received a message originally sent over a month ago. I don't know why :L

 

This happens when I'm logged in. I'll be able to still send messages and everything but it sends it after a delay, as if my internet disconnected for a while.

 

Yeah I've been experiencing the exact same issues as you lately. I am glad that I am not the only one. I think I saw other people with these issues aswell, I am not sure how to fix it though.

 

Yeah, sometimes happens to me as well. Maybe it's just a recent buggy update.

 

Got the exact same problem. Not taking forever to send though but my messages do appear above the other persons even if mine was after.
