Need help with range training.

So i started working on a granite maul pure and i want to get high range before training attack and str. So i was wondering if i should use 60-70k iron knives or 100k steel arrows. My range is 50 and i have ava.

What method would get my range to a higher level. training at experiments.

 

Iron knives would be better but when you're higher level you should consider chinking

 

I suggest 100k steels if you're trying to save money.

If not then just knives with a cannon I guess.

 

Iron knives is defintly better xp per hour. If you're not scared to waste a little bit of money go for it.

 

Iron Knives would be the way to go, steel arrows don't even come close to comparing with exp/hour using knives.

 

Depends on your budget man. If you can spend some money, definitely iron knives. If you have even more, look into iron knives with a cannon at rock crabs

Probably better to just go the iron knives and save the time. Just buy the gold you need on Sythe for a few bucks

 

Definitely do knives. The amount of time you'll spend using arrows is a joke, the difference from the knives to arrows is like $10 at most. I'd chin from 80+ anyways if I was you.

 

how much does chinning cost from 80-99? i want to get 99 range as fast as possible. how much would 80-99 cost and how long would it take roughly.

That's the estimate that I'd probably give.

There's always the slightly cheaper, slightly slower alternative of grey chins.

Chins went up greatly. I'd rough it at about 45-50m. It'd be relatively quick, under a week for sure.

If you're low on cash, use reds. If you don't give a shit, use blacks.

 

Wait, people are really quoting 50m? I'm pretty sure it'll be closer to 50k chins used from 80-99 with void/max range bonus which is ~90m, not including the price of prayer pots which should be another ~10m.

I'd use Knives and Cannon on crabs until 70+ then chin if you have the funds or blowpipe at nmz.
