Report/post/reason that got you banned: The account I request to be pardoned is owned_pl0xs, join date of may 2008. It has a ban reason of ban evade, the other account is banned for hacking. These bans I believe are from the year 2012, nearing the 4 year mark after the 2016 new year (no disputes/pardons have been posted since this occurred).

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Quite frankly, I don't know them. I've looked up the website to zarpor, I can contact whoever it is that needs to be contacted if necessary, but given that it's almost 2016 and this ban was issued in 2012, I'm not exactly sure what to do as even if the hacking did occur it was not on sythe forums but rather their website. (note: this is my first appeal attempt since the ban).

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I've had a clean slate since the join date on my original account from 2008.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Owned_pl0xs is banned for ban evasion, the other account for hacking. If hacking did occur, it wasn't on sythe, but on the actual zarpor website, which has no relation to sythe whatsoever.

Don't create a new account, post as a guest and we'll merge it.

Regardless of if you shared an account, you're responsible for it. We don't ban for ban evasion when the evaded account was banned for being hacked, unless it had an offense attached to it.

Ahh, it was for hacking members of Zarpor staff. Alright, that's what you'll have to pardon. The "shared account" will get you 0 around here unless you're able to prove why you shared it, who with, and what they did.

 

I'm not the person you linked in the aforementioned thread, I never had a Sythe account until 2008. I never really used Sythe other than for lurking purposes or to trade GP on Runescape. I quit RS around the time of the ban so I didn't really care at the time, but after they released Deadman Mode on RS I got back into it and was planning on swapping and vouching for some people but upon trying to visit the site, but found out to my dismay that I was banned.

The sharing of the account was for the most part a nonchalant ordeal when I was helping advertise an RSPS around several forums; the owner of the other account was an IRL friend of mine before we each went off to college around 3 years ago, and I don't think he's been involved in anything game related since around that time as well. Sythe was just many of the forums I shared accounts, so it was pretty much just a joint effort to get a pserver startup going. I've never had any bad intent towards Sythe and have never used it for malicious purposes. I have nothing else to prove and am simply making this pardon request entirely out of good faith, whether the staff decides that my ban was justful will be up to them because I genuinely believe that the punishment wasn't justified (consider it my own personal bias since I'm not entirely up-to-date on the matter myself), and I'd be entirely ok with whatever you guys decide on.
