Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I made the mistake of letting someone use my account. Truth is i knew he scammed the guy straight after and i probably should have sorted it out then. I chose to not bother with it, but eventually i wanted to come back to sythe.

Since i came back for a over a year I have had a bunch of good trades, plenty of big vouches, even sold over 4 rs07 accounts including a max main with no problem and donated $50 to sythe also. I have over $30k worth of 07 gold sales in my vouches so i at least that proves i have money to trade here?

I want to use this reply to add more to my pardon request.

The only reason i want to stay on sythe is to continue selling gold, I have sold another 1.5b last 2 days to king since ive been banned, im always selling and I have money to trade I am not a threat to the community.

Sounds weird but i don't recall this thread, but im 100% sure no one was scammed other than the user Alexpwnz that i have refunded.

 

Also, I have sold 5 accounts already, some over 5 months ago.

You confirmed selling this guy the account and he said a day later you recovered it, it looks like there's more scams that you aren't remembering so please do your best to remember them all

 

We can't move forward without your paying back the users, once you've recalled all the scams and gotten proof of repayment we'll move forward.

 

I spoke to the person that did this and he is saying no-one else was scammed, and he couldn't explain why those people made those posts.

I dont understand how we could move forward if these people just made claims and have not actually made any reports. There is no way to find out forsure, I mean for me i have to take his word for it, which i believe. But it doesnt seem like there is much i can do to prove anything unless those people actually post a report.

 

You're right in that unproven accusations are not something you're liable for. However in the case of the post I mentioned, you confirmed selling the account to the user for $85. You'd either have to return the account to his position or refund his $85. You might be in the clear because he said he filed a chargeback but idk if he won or lost the chargeback, maybe you can check.

Dreamhole asked me to hold his repayment funds so his pardon could proceed. I added the victim several days ago, still waiting on a response but I have irreversible bitcoin in my possession from dreamhole so this pardon can move forward.
