Banned Account

Hello. I started back up on Runescape last week and tried to access my account the other night, the password is still the same, but the authenticator has a email address i've never heard of before or seen. I can't access the account but have seen that it is banned and the threads it's made. it put in a request to be banned so I don't know what the issue is or what is to be done, thankyou in advance.

Is the report you were banned from, but now the OP is banned.

Add their skypes, refund them the $20 then you can dispute this ban.
