Master tier? Easy... but why would you want Master tier when the regular season is going to begin in mid-January?

There's a soft reset every single season. Reset only begins once a regular season starts. This is currently PRE-SEASON.

 

pretty sure riot has never double soft reset. i know they do it at the start of a new season(which rn is pre season alrdy the new one)
