Someone stole my Sythe account and scammed people

My account is R oc K, I have been a member since 2007, coming in and out for the last few years. I tried logging in for the first time in over a year and it wont let me. After finding my profile I found out I was banned for apparently selling gold and scamming people a couple months ago. This was not me, and I hope that a mod/admin can see the major differences in IP address on the account or something. But that was not me. I made that account when I was 14 years old, I'm 22 now. I put a lot of time into it, and it means a lot to me. I'm not sure where the right place to post this is as I have tried contacting admins multiple times to no response. If there's anything I can do let me know. I don't know how my account got hacked but that's super lame.

What was the last date you had access to your account?

 

March 20th of this year. It is obvious it was taken in October. In the screenshots of his convo with me on skype it says he is talking to Jonathon. My name is Neil and has always been like that on my skype. I want to make sure he got the right skype address. And I really wanna know if we can work something out. I've been a part of sythe since I started middle school, I'm graduating from college now. I have never had a problem like this in that entire time. I'm pretty pissed off about it too since I never scammed anyone in the last 8 years.

upon looking at his screen shot, the scammer clearly entered a different skype than the one I always use. That can be verified through my post/pm history where I send my real Skype. This scammer didn't even bother to make a copycat Skype.

 

That is all true but we still require you to repay any scams committed from a hacked sythe account you own. The hacker managed to get access to your sythe and send a pm to the scam victim so you would be responsible to repay that loss

 

Let us know when you've refunded the victim and we'll work on an account recovery.
