please show picture proof of you trying to contact him on skype and steam. i also don't see why you didn't get him the account he asked for in the first place.

on skype i add him but he didn-t send me accept request on steam its error
i think he didn-t response because he don-t use the steam acount anymore .. come dude give me 1 change http://imgur.com/ULC9zSY .. maiby on probation .. delete mortincada7 acount and let me sorinvoid acount .i can-t reach him ..

 

you have to wait a month after contacting a user to pardon a ban. also you still haven't explained your ban evasion.
