    What Should I Train On?

I have 75 attack, 73 strength, 72 defence and 73hp. (90cb) I have full Bandos, whip, dragon defender, Saradomin sword and a BGS.

If you could also tell me what potions/best food options to bring, that'd be great. This is the first time I'm doing combat in 5-6 years so I'm a beginner and wouldn't prefer to do really hard/high-level monsters.

    Thanks!

I would recommend training via Slayer, that way you can alternate the resources required which may lower the cost.

However, if you're looking to gain XP a lot quicker then you can try NMZ for the best method.

At 70/70/70+ your best bet for training is using Dharok's with a rock cake and absorption pots at NMZ. It's a safe zone so you won't lose anything if you die, and you'll be using absorption pots and overloads purchased with NMZ points so there's no real cost besides barrows repairs (which can also be covered by using leftover points on herb boxes).

Would recommend NMZ over slayer. It's faster and easier to train. Once you're at the higher levels, say 90+, then I'd recommend you go out and train slayer.

Like people have said, you can do nmz for fast xp, or slayer for money/slay xp gains.

You can also afk NMZ in full guthans with an autoclicker on flicking your quick pray to keep you from logging out every 20 minutes.

Tbh Dh isn't really worth it in nmz at that level. You would do just fine with bandos. You might even get more xp with bandos whip, but yeah, nmz is the way to go

If you want purely XP - head over to nightmare zone, it's fairly cheap if you do it via absorbtions and if you want money but slower training go with slayer, those are and will likely always be the best methods for training melee
