    I'm making this report as I read the report here and I figured the person is also a ban evader (To add to his ban reason.)

    In the screenshots you can see he mistyped his old PayPal e-mail which was '[email protected]' which links to the banned user Questedrs.

    Also has similar intrests (mainly the runescape accounts section.)
