I sold him my level 120 CB Runescape 2007 account and the deal was for $260.00 Paypal, I gave him the login info (Email & PW) etc. and he said give me a second and stopped responding, I've waited for 30 minutes and he hasn't responded and won't give me my account back, below are screenshots of our Skype conversation, thank you.
