Does Anyone Know How I can Link Multiple Threads In A Single Picture?

At the moment I am only able to link my max main rental thread in my signature. How can I link my vouches and Skype as well?

 

You have to chop it up in multiple smaller section.
Highlight my signature with your mouse (make it blue) and you'll ser what I mean.
It can be done with photoshop and such programs I think
