There's always a possibility he could chargeback in paypal.

Funds are being held and will be cleared soon if no issues come up, can take up to 21 days. They can release it early if buyer leaves good feedback or you give proof or delivery, he can chargeback, just hope he dosen't ;P

You'd need to since you're the seller and paypal dosen't like virtual sales so probably not best to include you sold him a rs account if it goes to a dispute, ask the buyer if he can leave a good review saying he received the item
