Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Was banned on powerbot for not refunding a user (he claimed I recovered an account but I did not). This was because I didnt want to call paypal (hassle for me since im under 18) to resolve the buyers dispute.
He won the dispute because I let him get the refund. He refused to take the account back that I sold him even though I didnt recover it off him. Im hoping that if I can get unbanned here, Il be able to work things out with mods on powerbot.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I had recently saw the member kugo ginjo banned for scamming by recovering an rs account that he sold for 110M.
The victim he had scammed lost 110M 07. I then thought I could refund that victim by charging back $115 that I used to buy 07 from kugo. Obviously due to my stupid way of taking matters into my own hands and not gettting a mods opinion on the matter I was reported for scamming. I had intented on only telling a mod if I won the claim. I obviously won it
but was offline for a while and didnt realise I won the claim so I was reported and banned.

Why should you forgive me?: I have done many trades on Sythe totaling 150+ with no problems at all. I middlemanned free trades for the community and all went well. Highest I was trusted with was $286 (130M 07 when gold was valued $2.20/M) which went smooth. Also as you can see (as far as I know) no more reports have been made about me (other than the powerbot one) meaning I do not intend on scamming/scam quitting.
I have also been trading offsite with no problems until I was restriced on powerbot due to being a market thread because Im banned here and then later on banned due to what I stated above. I genuinely want to be unbanned on Sythe and become a respected member of the community and to also redeem myself and not be rememmbered as a "scammer". I would like to refund that victim if he ever did add me on Skype or to donate the money
to sythe itself.

As of now I have no money to refund since he won the claim. Il only attempt to get unbanned there if I manage to pardon successfully here. This will prove to them that Im not a scammer.

 

Honestly, I'll treat this as a pardon even though I don't think it really meets the criteria. I would suggest backing up your claims with Powerbot's moderation team before coming here trying to get unbanned. We ban people for outstanding bans on other forums, why should you be excused when officially you haven't been cleared by Powerbot? You're going to try and use Sythe to get yourself unbanned on another forum which doesn't fly for me. Until you resolve things over there, I will not support your pardon.

Just want to make it clear as to what I meant by this:

I meant that I have no people I need to refund on powerbot since the guy that bought the account off me won the paypal claim (obviously).

I meant that I would only get unrestricted there (if they unban me ofc) if I were to get unbanned here since they restricted me when I hadnt scammed anyone. I have posted on powerbot now and Il try resolve things there and hopefully get unbanned. (I will most likely be restricted though)

Can you close this pardon so I can reattempt when all my offsite things are resolved? Since as Drento said its not really complete. Dont want my pardon dictated by offsite issues.
