Due to lax security on the account, I managed to get hacked. Account was subsequently used to scam and was banned. Please see signature for evidence of legitimacy (a number of very old vouches). Probably not the best evidence due to VPNs and such, but perhaps mods can check IP history of retard_tard on the date of the scam, and compare it to its usual IP and moronic_life's creation IP.

I created moronic_life after finding out I was hacked/banned. The first post on moronic_life should be (I am unable to search user history at the moment) a post providing evidence that I did not have access to retard_tard or the MSN used to scam at the time of the scam.

moronic_life ended up being my main Sythe until I left the Runescape scene around 2010/2011. I returned after a long hiatus around May of 2015, and conducted many trades (most undocumented because I went first, but some vouches available at http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1854420-moronic_life-vouches.html). Undocumented trades likely value around $800-$1000USD; documented trades around $600USD or so. There is, and I repeat this, no evidence of any kind, weak or strong, of any intention of scamming of my part. I have no received any reports except for the IP audit.

I created Tindle (http://www.sythe.org/members/450178-tindle.html) very briefly around July of 2015, as Sythe did not allow my continued use of moronic_life without a password change, and as the associated email is very old (no longer in use), I could not access my email but wanted to conduct a few trades. Eventually I managed to access moronic_life's registered email, but before this occured, I used Tindle to conduct trades but ALWAYS mentioning that I would go first, I can use an OMM verified by both parties, etc. When I regained access to moronic_life (changing passwords as Sythe requested), I stopped using Tindle. Please note a few things:
- No trades actually went down on Tindle
- I made no interactions between Tindle and moronic_life, except a request to change the registered email on moronic_life, which I did not follow through on when I regained access.

I realize all of this is due to my own issues (lax security, forgetting account info, etc.), but as I did not and will not ever have the intention of scamming, I believe I deserve to remain in the community.

This is the only scam report I could find http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/798094-retard_tard-scammer.html but we have no clue how much he is owed and the user hasn't been active in a year and a half (also inconclusive sort of?)

Others weighing in would be appeciated

 

Maybe have him make a donation to a charity or something
